NORVALTE is a private holding company based in Oslo. We invest in other companies with the aim of developing lasting value.
Our name draws on the Norwegian word «forvalte»: to take care of and develop what has been entrusted to us. To us, that means respecting what has been built, recognising new possibilities and giving good businesses room to grow.

Tonje E. M. Bjørnerud
Founder of NORVALTE · Director at Valhalla Capital
Tonje is a Norwegian entrepreneur and senior executive, and the founder of NORVALTE, her private holding company. Her work centres on business development, strategic partnerships and lasting value creation, with a perspective shaped by both entrepreneurship and institutional business environments.
Her background spans building and positioning ventures within technology, sustainability and responsible innovation. She emphasises disciplined growth, transparent decision making and resilient business models, combining commercial ambition with a clear sense of responsibility.
